Demo how the GSB is using Content Sketches, Gather Content, and Google Spreadsheets on the GSB public site revamp project
Content Sketches are created
Data from content sketches is entered into Gather Content and Google Spreadsheets
Workflow is built into Gather Content for authors to review and approve
Page Assemblers reference Gather content and participate in the workflow
When pages are assembled and QA'd, workflow alerts the business offices.
Within Google Spreadsheet, the data from the content sketches informs IT of various displays of content/entity
The spreadsheet can be used to report development and QA progress
