I come from a background in BioGeography and Plant Ecology, computer modeling of ecological interactions over changing landscapes. So of course I build websites now.

Worked at the Sierra Club for 3 years, then at a high end consulting firm (Tiffany website, NYMoma, bestbuy, ect).

Been at UCSF for over 10 years in a variety of roles, web developer, Senior web developer, customer communications manager, etc. 

Some things I've done here:

* built directory.ucsf.edu

* built help.ucsf.edu

* launched first its.ucsf.edu site, and upgraded to a CMS

* managed web and communications team for ITS

What I'm up to now:

* working on building out web hosting and the Drupal community at UCSF

* working with researchers to leverage Drupal as a tool.
