We are building a free, open-source meeting management system on Backdrop CMS. 

The system  includes:

  • Establishing a set of meeting locations, meeting bodies, and meeting members
  • Scheduling meetings
    • Choosing meeting locations, meeting bodies, dates and times for each meeting
  • Building agendas
    • Displaying information from the body, location and attending members on the agenda
  • Converting agendas into minutes
    • Adding additional notes that will appear only on the minutes
  • Releasing all this information into a public feed, available to be ingested on any other site for easy display however is needed.
