Please make sure to do the following for each session you moderate:

Join 5-10 minutes early.
- Let the presenter(s) in and make sure they can share their screen.
- Please set them as a host, if needed. Be prepared to set up breakout rooms if the presenter asks for it.
- Please briefly discuss how your presenter would like to be introduced, or if they would like to introduce themselves.
Feel free to make the introduction your own, or adjust anything in the template below as needed: “Hello everyone. Welcome to (session name), presented by (presenter names) from (presenter company). We ask that you please keep your mics muted throughout the presentation. Please type any questions you have during the presentation in the chat. We will make sure to answer them at the end. This session will be recorded and posted to the WebCamp website after the event.”
- Let participants in from the waiting room.
- Record the session to the cloud.
- Monitor chat for questions for the presenter.
- Monitor cameras and mute video or sound if needed.
