Here is where we need help:

  • Set up - put out signage, direct sponsors to their tables, miscellaneous tasks to prepare the space
  • Registration/info table - check in attendees, provide directions and answer questions to the best of your ability
  • Session hospitality/support - help speakers with any A/V or tech issues at the start of their session; take a headcount of attendees in each session room after talks begin
  • Media coordinator - take photos, share updates with media partners, make social posts during the event
  • Clean up - collect our materials, tidy up the space, carry items to cars or hotel rooms as needed
