In some respects AI has become almost a bad word among developers and team members in the web and software space.  Stakeholders want to leverage it to make things less expensive and team members are scared of what it does to their future on the team.  JAKALA's approach to AI isn't about replacing people but instead about strengthening teams, making work more efficient, and making our teams more successful.  Our project management teams are using this tooling, created with rapid AI development, to inform their clients, teams and leadership.  They're also using AI to elevate their technical teams insight into the architecture running their applications, and reducing error.

Join me on a journey through how JAKALA is creating project management tooling to make their teams more productive, and scaling those tools across the company to make our projects more successful.  We'll discuss a specific problem, tracking project budget and resourcing, how we used to attempt to solve for it, and how we leveraged AI to create tools to show everyone on our teams what they need to know about a projects progress.  We will discuss tooling, strategy, and a little bit of AI theory.
