Ayesha Sanders is a certified business continuity professional and the founder of NC Essentials Co, a startup that specializes in solutions for business disruptions. She’s leading the company into the adult care and aviation segments. With a background in aircraft maintenance repair, she is extending her expertise as an Air Force veteran.
A 2023 WBCM scholarship recipient of the DRI International award for women launching a career in business continuity. Graduate of Apex Launch and soon-to-be graduate of the first PenFed Foundation's Raleigh Veteran Entrepreneur Incubator. She is active in her native state of North Carolina, while working on Season 2 of her podcast “The COOP Review.”
She started her undergraduate at NC A&T State University as an engineering major and completed her bachelors in studio art with a concentration in photography at UNC at Chapel Hill. After returning to college for a trade, she worked over a decade in tech roles in various industries. She is a proud graduate of Pitt Community College, where she earned her degree in networking technology.

When she is not speaking to investors, audiences, and clients, she spends much time reading, creating t-shirt designs, and enjoying quality time with her daughter. Currently, studying Japanese and boxing.
